It’s day 2 of the Great Budget Debate of ’11. Up today? The Operating Budget. That’s right, I said the Operating Budget.

I pointed out that Toronto is a mature city & does not need to be under the OMB. I also mentioned that the chief planner Gary Wright is retiring & the next one will determine the direction of city planning…
