Under Miller, the garbage rate was frozen due to the strike. It is under Ford/Minnan Wong that garbage pickup is going UP $6-12 depending on bin size for the same service!

Garbage privatization is only proceeding in 1 of 4 zones west of Yonge to Etobicoke; which is already taken care of by Turtle Island Recycling?!

So Rathbone is leaving to join the company that will likely get the open contract. Great!…
